- The tour, city, date, start time, language and number of guests you booked.
- Any note you choose to add to your booking.

Why we use it
- To confirm your booking and send you the confirmation email.
- To let the guide know how many people to expect and to contact you if a tour changes or is cancelled.
- To keep a record of bookings for our own planning and accounting.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will only send you marketing email if you have asked us to.
Cookies

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
Booking details are kept while they are useful for running and accounting for our tours, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it.
